Stock Trading Seminar
1. Bill Panetta - Online Boot Camp Trading Seminar
Penny Stocks, NASDAQ Small Cap and S&P Futures
In working with traders here are some of the common mistakes:
TIMING: entry & exit strategies. Getting in too late and selling to early on trades. Another words selling winners too early and holding to the losing trades to long. Does that sound Familiar?
DISCIPLINE: a lack of discipline & patience is what kills a of lot traders, especially when it comes to admitting if they were wrong on their trades.
PROPER TOOLS: lack of knowledge in charting and scanning the markets in real-time.
If you're sick and tired of running around in circles with your trading account and want to broaden your horizons in learning how to trade BIG BOARD, SMALL CAP, or S&P FUTURES you have come to the right place.

2. Seminar Testimonials
Hi Bill,
Just wanted to take some time to thank you for the boot camp and the new world of trading you have shown me. The wealth of knowledge one can gain from the time spent in the seminar far exceeds the initial cost .It is the first and last step to gaining full independence in trading, a goal every trader hopes to achieve. Add to that the exclusive club you become a part of; and the boot camp is truly an experience any and every trader whether the veteran or the novice, can gain from.
The boot camp offers so much more than just how to read a chart. The amount of information is extensive and covers everything from individual candle signals to indicator grand slam setups. I now have several systems from which to trade, each with there own unique take on the movement of a stock. There is something there to fit the personality of every type of trader. One particular system, suitable for any type of trade, removes the emotion from the trade and because of its simplicity a five year old can tell you the exit point of the trade. It is really a “follow the yellow brick road” system.
You have taught me to keep the system simple, yet maintain adjustability to cover any situation I might encounter. I learned about all types of indicators, but more importantly how to use them effectively. One of the highlights of the seminar had to be the development of a new indicator and the use and modification of a second new indicator for the group.
This boot camp takes you to a new level of confidence and self-assurance, which leads you to independence in your trading. I used to hit news plays, board plays, and what I thought were chart plays. After taking this seminar I can scan for plays that meet my criteria and my particular setups. I do not have to rely on anyone else to provide me with plays. Now, if someone mentions a stock, I simply check it in my chart setup and know with in a few seconds whether or not I will consider it for a trade. I also know at that time where there is resistance and support and where I will be looking to exit the trade or at least take some profit off the table. I also know how to play the news so much better now with just a glance. I have been taught the art of being in a stock early and not being just a follower. I don’t worry about getting stuck in someone else’s pick.
The knowledge gained in the boot camp is itself worth much more than the cost. There is no other class offered with the sophistication and simplicity of the setups that you taught me. In addition, I am now enjoying my membership in a new room of traders that all have participated in the boot camp. In this room, my knowledge and confidence continue to grow daily.
I am also looking forward to being in the next boot camp as a graduate. I can’t think of another educational group that allows you to take their course as many times as you like for no additional cost. The former boot campers in my session brought so much positive enthusiasm for trading and learning that it created a perfect environment. I hope I can offer the same to the next round of boot camp participants.
Thank you Bill for teaching me more than I ever thought possible, and for bringing such a positive attitude to trading that I know I will always carry with me. Your patience and ability to bring out the enthusiasm in everyone is truly a gift. Thank you for taking me to a new level of trading I could not have achieved on my own, at least not in this lifetime.
Thanks to my mentor and my friend,
Alan
Bill
Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your time & patience
during the Boot camp seminar. I've learned so much, but I think the
most important thing you have done is to help me take the emotions
out of trading. Don't get me wrong I'm sure I'll slip every now &
then, but now I look at my charts if indicators are not lined-up the
way I'd like them to be I don't take the trade. Before this class
the only reason I could give for taking a trade was either it was a
news play or I heard a rumor of a big move. My entry points into a
stock are 100% better, at least now when I enter a stock I make sure
I have plenty of support, before this I think I was loose cannon.
I'm still working on my exit strategies, but at least I now know how
to come up with an exit strategy instead of listening to the chat-
rooms.
Your instruction on how to use esignal and its capabilities was
great; I had esignal for 4 months prior to the class and didn't even
begin to tap into its capabilities. I've learned how to setup scans,
play penny stocks, trade NASDAQ stocks, and the e-minis. You've just
opened up a whole new world for me and quite possibly started me on
the track for some life changing events. It won't be easy as nothing
ever is that is worth while. I know if I continue to work hard this
class will pay big dividends in the future. I now have a very good
foundation to build upon and I would never have developed it so
quickly without your help! Bill, Thank You so much and I look
forward to many "Green Screens" in the future.
Robin
Bill,
As you know, I'd been trading pretty much full time for a couple
years. Upon entering your class I felt that I was a good trader. I
felt that I had a fairly well rounded set of hard-won skills. I felt
for the most part I could read a chart, pick out resistance and
support, and find winning chart patterns. I had relatively good
market instincts, and thought that I had a good feel for the
marketplace. I had two years of solid, full time day-trading
experience, focusing on tough OTC stocks. When the markets were
kind, I made terrific money. When the markets got tough, I struggled
to squeeze out a living.
Stocks would stop running, but I couldn't see why. Other stocks
would continue runs farther then I anticipated, but I couldn't see
why. I found myself too often selling too soon, leaving money on the
table. Or, I would buy stocks that seemed to show a good chart, but
then the stock would abruptly stall. I would have to stop out my
shares, with another small loss, wondering why it didn't run.
Eventually, when the market turned very tough, during late summer
2004, I became gun-shy. I found myself selling at the slightest sign
of a shake, scalping stocks for a few bucks. My confidence was
severely eroded.
I felt stuck. What if the markets remained tough for months? Given
the dire economic state of the nation, this was a very real
possibility. No professional traders were jumping up, willing to
guide my trading evolution. The chat rooms and stock boards contained
only the usual teasing subsets of the knowledge I wanted, and I
found myself spending too much time filtering out the noise and
nonsense. The colossal reams of trading books and websites only held
non-specific, generalized information, with precious few actual gems
of useful tactics, which I then had to apply to a living, changing
marketplace.
It looked like I was going to have to keep figuring it out the hard
way—the way I'd always done before, trial and error. I knew
that it
COULD be done; but I also knew that it was going to take a whole
heck of a lot more time and hard work. It might take years to lift
my skills to a level that would allow me to succeed in any market,
under any conditions, the way I wanted. This rather daunting
prospect left me a bit dismayed, to say the least. I just didn't
want to wait.
I decided to seek a short cut.
I found one with your online boot camp.
I recognize that I still have much to learn. I have a lot of hard
work left to do in shaping myself into the trader I envision for
myself. But, honestly, Bill, I feel your teachings have shaved two
years off process. Thanks for delivering. Thanks for your patience,
your clarity, and your persistence in conveying your extreme breadth
and depth of market knowledge to help speed my way to more
confident, profitable trading.
James
Bill,
I cannot thank you enough for giving me the opportunity
to be your student at the Boot Camp Seminar. It really
was an eye opener; a light in this dark market. In the
past three months I had given up all my gains of the
so called bullish run; there was this week when I lost
$6,000. What made me sick is not that I was losing so
much money, but the fact that I didn't know why I was?
I had a trading strategy which made me a lot of money
and in a heartbeat it was failing. The seminar introduced
me to a whole new world of charting, kept me alive in
the market, boosted my morale and introduced me to Futures
trading. Now I am seriously contemplating canceling all
my stock scanners and taking to just S&P trading...I would
recommend this seminar for all people; traders with
big accounts and small accounts alike. I had $1700 in
my trading a/c when I put down $2500 for the seminar.
The seminar kept me alive in this market and now I have
gained a lot of confidence to trade independently and not
follow anyone for a trade entry or exit strategy. I cannot
stress how much I believe that this seminar is going to help
me live my American Dream.
Thank you Bill.
GC
Bill,
I just wanted to let you know how I have changed since
taking your seminar. Before I took your seminar I always
seemed to buy the tops. I was just a follower, buying
someone else's pick. I had some idea of what to do but not
enough.
After your seminar I have a much better idea of how to
look
for stocks, how to read the chart, how to better judge
entry and exit prices, how not to be a follower but a leader.
You have given me the necessary knowledge to become a better
trader, point me in the right direction. I can't believe that
I can actually almost pinpoint a target with so much
accuracy.
Now I know how you come with your price targets and amazed
when you actually hit them. I really appreciate you taking
the time to show us how to scan the markets with your special
scanning methods.
I am in the process of opening up my Futures account; I can't
wait to make some bank trading the S&P's, now it is up to me
to grow as a trader. I cannot thank you enough for taking your
time to teach me and for your friendship.

Bill,
Now that we are nearing the end of your August session,
I wanted to express my gratitude, and let you know how
pleased I am with the results.
By luck alone, I had made some money screwing around in the
previous bull market, following the so called guru's of the
message boards, and was in the process of giving it all back,
and then some. I knew nothing about trading, and was easy prey
for the board sharks, and email promoters. I didn't have the
skills to wade through their BS, or compete in a slow or bear
market.
As you know from our correspondence a few months ago, I was
interested in trading, in dire need of a mentor, and asked
if you knew, and trusted anyone in my area. I was grateful
when you said you could help. Not only because of your solid
reputation in the market, but the fact you have dedicated
yourself to the education of others. A trait that is clearly
evident, by the wealth of free resources you make available
to anyone who visits your break out trading board on IHUB.
As fate (or luck) would have it, I lost my job at one of our
nations premier accounting firms, a few weeks before your
seminar was due to begin, and was quite nervous about what
I was going to do, but within a short period of time, you
stopped the loses, and gave me a clear understanding of
charting, entry and exit points, and scanning the markets
for opportunities. You have given me the tools to kiss
corporate America goodbye. Not only have I made enough money
to pay for this course, but in addition, was able to bank enough
to pay our monthly household expenses. A free education! It
doesn't get much better than that.
I've always considered myself a slow learner, and virtually knew
nothing about trading, but you always have the time and patients
to personally attend to everyone's needs. I know it's up to me
to work hard, and continue to grow as a trader, but you have
given me a great foundation, and for that, I cannot possibly
thank you enough.
Thanks again,
KV

Bill,
Thanks for the opportunity to take your course. It is important
to tell you just how much it has meant to my trading outlook.
The month long boot camp gave me the understanding to recognize
the set-ups, and confidence to get into the trade at the right time.
Repetition was the key. Looking at the set-ups in a
real-time environment was immensely helpful. It is so different
than looking at historical charts and making reads from them,
as I was trying to do before I took your course. Your real-time
conference let me see the keys, as they were happening, and then
get into the trade if the indicators were right.
What I liked about the course too Bill is that it gave me the
opportunity to make my tuition fee back. In essence, the course
was free because I made all of my costs back, and then some!
Bill you have a strong teaching spirit. You possess the right mix
of patience and aggressiveness that lends itself well for
coaching this course. You made the course not only educational
but also enjoyable. I am extremely glad to have met you. One of
things I will always remember about this course is how I love to
hear the words "GO BABY GO!!!!!"
I feel that I am on my way now!
Thanks again Bill,

Bill,
I just wanted to thank you! The changes you have made in
my lifestyle of trading stocks is Awesome. I've played in
the OTCBB and Pink Sheet lightly since 1999. I've won a few, and
lost most of the time. I had no idea why a stock would move up,
and down. Why that Awesome News, didn't keep the price moving up.
I had to resign for my job last year, and do to physical
condition and, I could not return to the other careers that
I had work in the past, to keep my standards of living.
I was lucky enough to to have bought in QBID and CMKX. I made
some very nice profit and was giving it right back to the Market.
Then you came along Bill. A person that is welling to help
and share the knowledge of becoming a successful Trader. After
talking to you on the phone about the Trading Boot camp, I talk
with my wife, and even she said, go for it.
I have learned more knowledge of Trading in the last 30 days,
than, the last 4+ years of trading stocks. This is "PRICELESS"
in my book. I now have the "Tools and Knowledge" to be a
successful Trader.
My Family and I just wanted to thank you, for being you!
You are One in a Million, that for sure.
Mitch and the Chapin Family.
Bill,
I thought I should share with you this pleasant story. A
young friend of mine, whom I have held in highest respects,
has just praised me for my progress in trading. My friend is
teaching part-time in Graduate program at a college in Los
Angeles; however his main income comes from trading.
He cannot believe that in such a short time, I am able to
make profitable trades based on informed analysis. In his
own experience, it had taken him a longer time and he has
continuously attended many educational seminars, including
one-on-one mentorship class with Mr. Oliver Velez
(Pristine.com).
What Surprised him was the simple fact that in one month I have
already understood the application of patterns, candlesticks,
support and resistance, money management, MM's.; written my
own filters to scan potential stocks and tweaked indicators
to my preferences (S&P E-Mini and Equity Stocks). I am by no
means saying that I am a successful trader; I understand that
I have a long rocky way to go but Bill; you have helped to
curtail the bleeding of trial and error.
The end of last year when I was diagnosed with a critical
medical condition, I was holding the position of Vice
President-Finance for a satellite company. It was a very
fulfilling career and my heart was shattered thinking of
the long, unproductive days ahead. At 50 years old, it was
personally hard to retrain for another career that fits my
"new" lifestyle. Thanks to you, I have found a perfect
profession with which I still financially contribute to
my family and preserve my health at the same time.
Money is not every thing, but it sure measures what I can
achieve and that makes me happy.
There are many fancy ways to express one's gratitude. But
in my most sincere way, I would like to thank you from the
bottom of my heart.
With warmest regards, I remain
Ann
Bill,
This letter to thank you for the opportunity to learn from you.
Your seminar was more than I was expecting. Your patience with
each one of us was outstanding. Each one of us come from
different trading backgrounds and yet you where able to make
each point clear for all of us. This is not an endorsement
of the seminar; however I would not hesitate to take it again.
I have traded for myself since 1998 and feel that I'm an
accomplished trader. I'm like most of the traders out there.
You know win some lose some. Well I was tired of giving back
the amounts that I was. After reading your posts on the B.O.T.
board for more than a year I knew that you could help with my
trading style. WOW! I did not know just how much you could help.
I feel I now have the tools in place to be extremely confident
with every trade that I make.
Before I would buy/hold/sell on emotion now I do what the
tools indicate to do. For the record I had 2 losing trades and
many winning trades including ISON ;). I feel we not only
developed a great trading rapport but more importantly a great
friendship.
I want to thank you once again for your time.
Sincerely,
Mike
BTW the rest of the class are outstanding people!
